Biscuits

Today is dog biscuit making day here in Brazil. The dogs love them and in the interest of economy we make them at home. We also get to know exactly what goes in them. They are a real hit with the dogs and up to today we haven't found a dog that doesn't like them. We cook biscuits for the entire day in order to have enough for all 15 0f us. I help by cleaning any bits of dough that fall on the floor. I also sniff the flour to help spread it around the rolling board. For some reason they don't appreciate my help much. Apart from that it is quiet here because of the constant rain. Mum managed to get a picture of Guga's makeshift house, which they hope to improve on later. At least he is warm and dry. He said he likes it even though it isn't the prettiest house around. Mom is still waiting for some of the dog organisations she contacted for help to reply. No news so far though. We are actually becoming famous we have been written about on http://www.daleysdogyears.com/ and http://jansfunnyfarm.blogspot.com/ both sites are trying to help raise funds for us. We thank them very much for this.

Mmm, biscuits homemade by Dad! Sounds delicious. Emmy, it sounds like you're a very good helper!

Love your new house, Guga! And that photo is great - it looks like Guga smells the biscuits and is coming to see if he can help, too!
